The names of these stations are World Pan, Revival, The Greenery, The Roastery, The Hearth, Smoke & Fire, and Sweet & Light. These are grouped mostly by how the dishes are prepared rather than the type of cuisine. The A.Y.C.E Buffet organizes its offerings into seven unique food stations. Unfortunately, you can’t make reservations for the AYCE Buffet. So many people are already in line around 11am to get on the waitlist several hours before seating. You can prepay for that meal and get on the waitlist beginning at noon (12pm). To cut back on this during peak periods like Lobster nights and holidays, the Palms has started an Open Table texting waitlist, but you will still want to arrive an hour+ before opening.įor example, the Lobster Buffet begins seating at 2pm.
